You can become:

Diplomat. Implements and protects the interests of the state and represents it in official relations with other countries and international organizations. By shaping diplomacy, you will be able to influence the country's position in the world and the future cooperation prospects abroad.

Attaché in the diplomatic corps. Directs and implements the state's foreign policy in a specific sector. As a diplomatic attaché, you can effectively influence a country's position and the cooperation opportunities, for example, in trade, the military or culture.

Elected member of parliament or local government. A representative of the people who is elected to the national parliament or municipal council. You will evaluate and vote on the laws that will determine life in the country and region.

Assistant. Facilitates the work of the member of parliament by providing support in various areas, such as gathering information, filing documents, organizing the agenda. You will help to make the work of the deputy more efficient.

Employee of the EU institutions. Works in one of the European Union's bodies. You will have the opportunity to participate in European policy-making and represent Latvia in the international political arena.

Consultant to foundations. Uses the professional knowledge of political and societal developments to provide advice management of foundations. You will promote the efficient operation of foundations and welfare of society!

Consultant to public organizations. Uses the professional policy knowledge in relation to societal developments. You will advise public organizations on their way to promoting public good.

Consultant to private enterprises. Provides advice to entrepreneurs on political and societal developments. You will help companies build relationships with the public.

Consultant to local governments or municipalities. Situation analysis and advice assists in implementation of appropriate and effective policy settings at city and regional level. You will help to implement substantial plans according to the real situation.

Commentator on policy processes. Provides an assessment of current policy developments in the mass media. By explaining policy developments, you will create a more knowledgeable society that understands what it requires from politicians.

Policy analyst. Evaluates the operating principles of a particular sector and their effectiveness in reality. By analysing policies, you will be able to improve the quality of performance in sectors such as transport or health.

Senior officer. Performs control, processing and analysis of statistical and administrative data of the ministry. You will ensure that the ministry's operations and development are based on accurate, reliable facts.

Expert in ministries. Provides policy advice, comments and analysis to ministries. Your opinion may affect the activities of the ministry and the sector it manages.

Head of department. Manages the work of the structural unit and gives tasks to officials. You will lead and monitor the quality and efficiency of policy implementation processes.

Business manager or owner. Manages a company that produces or provides services. You will be able to use your knowledge of political decision-making and the spirit of the law to run a successful business within the legal framework.

Systems auditor. Maintains and evaluates the effectiveness of any part of the organization. You will improve the political performance of organizations by monitoring their quality and identifying areas for improvement.

Policy planner. Evaluates and improves political plans in ministries and local governments. You will link policy to the national budget, thus facilitating more effective evaluation and accountability.

Policy evaluator. Evaluates how the work of the party or organization is in line with its own priorities, budget goals and other aspects. You will help organizations to evaluate their accomplishments and to make decisions about how to improve their performance.

EU fund planner. Develops strategy and policy, selects projects for implementation and sets priorities for resource allocation. You will be able to distribute EU funds consistently and fairly in order to guarantee the maximum benefit to society.

Employee of the EU funds supervisory authority. Ensures that EU funds are implemented in accordance with the priorities and objectives set out in the operational programmes. You will assess whether EU funds are being spent fairly and rationally.
